If feel we can’t get the house clean as quoted, we will notify you immediately to give you the option to add more time at an additional cost or set priorities for what we will focus on cleaning.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know. You can hide a key, give us the door code or we can maintain a key in the office so we can access your house on cleaning day.
That’s not a problem. Just make sure your pet is in a location where there’s no danger of ingesting any cleaning products or escaping through the door while our team is arriving or leaving your home.
